I am a graduate of Oakland University (BS 1980) and the University of Detroit (JD 1983) and has been practicing law since 1984. I am admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the Federal Bar. I have successfully argued cases of first impression before the Michigan Supreme Court and Michigan Court of Appeals and have taught at Oakland University and Cooley Law School. My objective is to provide clients with high quality legal services in a timely, responsive, and cost effective manner. I lecture in the areas of Estate Planning, Asset Protection, Civil and Constitutional Rights. I am located in Grand Blanc, Michigan. I am a general practitioner with an emphasis on elder law, estate planning, probate, trust administration, divorce, business law, asset protection and Medicaid planning. I provide my clients with the benefits of large firm expertise together with personalized care and treatment.
